Hi, I am a recently naturalized us citizen and I want to file I -130 petition for my sister who is 19 years old romanian.
I heard is a long waiting time till the # becomes current but approx. how long? 3 , 5 , 12....years?
Also during the time she is waiting for visa if she gets married can her future husband came with her together?
Or she need to file for him after she is in the us. In this case how long will take for her future husband? Any knowledge in this matter will be greatly appreciated. thank you
