Family based Adjustment of status

Planning to file I-485 application along with I-130 for sponsoring as a single package. Am based in Fremont, CA.
Form I-485 indicates one address and Form I-130 another.
Can someone tell me the correct mailing address where this package should be sent?

Read careful on one of those forms (unfortunately don't remember which one) it says that if you filing them together you have to send it to that specific address

I think it is Chicago for pretty much everyone but it is on the first page of i-485 form.

Yes, mail all docs & forms to Chicago. Address on each form is confusing
