Does any one know how long does it take to process the Immigration visa for a spouse. My spouse's visa petition (I130) was approved in August'06 and NVC processed the papers and sent to the embassy in Pakistan in December 2006. I am not able to contact the embassy to find out the status, the answering machine plays merry go round and I never get to speak with a live person. I dont know what to do. Any experiences???
