I lost my I 94

Hi there I am applying for the GC through marriage I lost mi I 94 will that will be a problem? Thanks

You will need to fill out form I-102: /show-form/i-102

If you've already sent in your I485 package, you can send a copy of the receipt when you filed I-102 (repalcement of I-94). if you know the I-94 #, you may reference it on your application. the I-94 # is normally written on your visa or passport.


I lost mine too...and applied for replacement after already filed I-485concurrently. I knew my I-94# and now got my permanent residence.

As long as you came here legally...don't worry...USCIS will just replace it...Good Luck....
