I-485 Sup A Should I file?
Hi, I got married to an american citizen 2 weeks ago. I got in USA on December 2006 only to spend vacation with him and go back to my country to go to college, but we ended up getting married we couldnt be far apart so we decided to get married. The thing is i worked for 6 weeks on January and February because i was running out of money. So Do i have to file the Supplement A and pay the 1000 dolares fine since I worked for 6 weeks with the Visitor Visa?
