Petioner is LPR
Would like to petition 2 unmarried sons who are over 21. According to USCIS, one will have to submit I-130 & G-325A(1 for petition & 1 for beneficiary). Now, since there will be 2, will one have to file I-130 & G-325A for SON #1 & another set for SON #2?
After this is approved, what is next? What do beneficiaries have to do?
How long does this usually take? It will be about 2 more years before LPR can get citizenship.
