Need to Reschedule Interview Date
Hi, I need urgent help & advice! We are in the final stages of getting the GC and have been waiting for the Interview call.The letter arrived on 8th May ( It was 'lost' due to wrong mailing address printed by the US Counslate in New Delhi) and the interview was scheduled on 9th May! We live in Singapore and it is not possible to get all the documents and rush down to Delhi in one day! We have asked for an Interview reschedule. But I understand that any such reschedule can cause a lengthy delay in the process even though it has been caused by an error at their end. Can someone with similar experience share with me what was done and how it was resolved.I have sent them an email and tried to call the N Delhi no but have not got any response.Many thanks
