looking for possibilities in our situation

here's my situation. my girlfriend of seven years now has been a green card holder since birth. but she lived in the philippines and enters the US often to avoid the penalties. In short she hasn't really stayed there for long until March this year where she started staying there for good. We plan to get married next year and hope to file a family based greencard petition soon after. as i've read in the explanation, greencard will not be given if the the couple just got married. is there a way to make things easier for us or at least faster?

is she entitled to this Returning Residents (SB): Immigrants who lived in the United States previously as lawful permanent residents and are returning to live in the U.S. after a temporary visit of more than one year abroad.? thanks.

Why is it that you read that gc would not be issued to a couple that just got married, that makes no sense and therefore I am asking...

yet another question

i guess i misunderstood what was written in the other pages of this site regarding the denial of greencard if marriage was after getting the greencard. anyway, i have yet another question that needs clarification.

If my greencard wife puts me under petition, which would take 3-5 years to process right, will it be easier for a company to sponsor me since i am already under petition. I belong to the IT industry, i am a programmer.
