I-130, question 22: Complete the info if your relative is in the US

Hi,

I'm filling for my parents. Would someone please answer my question regarding question22: "complete the info if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status(AOS)"?

My parents are not in the US, so they'll go through consular processing(CP). In question 22, they provide the place to select a consular office if the relative is not eligible for AOS. I wonder should I fill that out? Since there are no other place to enter such information for people who wants to do CP.

Consular Processing

I'd recommend entering the consular office where your parents want to go for their interview etc. If they're in the UK for instance, put London, UK in there.

I think there's a full list of consular offices at www.state.gov.
