Do I still have A# after becoming citizen

Hi,

In I-130 question 10, they ask for A#. If I'm a citizen now, do I still have A#? I see it on my certificate of naturalization as CTS Registration No.

Hi,

If I never fill green card application for my parents before, should I answer "NO" to "Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?"?

I'm not sure what kind of petition they refer to.
