I-130 question

Hi,
I am a USC and want to applying for family based GC for my sister. Now my question is:
1. My sister is married and has a son. If I apply for her and put the information of her husband and her son in I-130 (line -17), will that qualify them to immigrate with my sister or do my sister have to fill some application on her own.
2. My sister is currently in US on Visitor visa. I will be submitting my application during her stay in US. She will return back to India within her 6months approved time. Do I have to fill I-94 information (line -14)?

Need Help in filing I-130

I am filing for my parents I-130 (Mother and Father) at the same time. In Question D part 2: Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? What should I put? I haven't filed for anyone else.

But do I have to put my mother's name in my father's form and vice-versa, or they are talking about a prior petition that's already been approved?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

my humble suggestion

is to contact the usa consulate and get information directly from them . you will be relieved . u can email them or call them. i particularly found the chennai staff very helpful,cooperative.
