is there any way out to travel after my due date which is on 16th Oct 2007

I got my visa (IV) Category IR1,stamped on my passport on 17th April 2007 , the visa will expire on 16th Oct 2007, I was planning to go on 28th April 2007 , also got the tickets and had cancelled now , for some personal reasons and pending work here in India I cant travel until November 15th 2007, Can I do this. Or is there any way out to travel after my due date which is on 16th Oct 2007.Please, suggest.
