hi! ive been reading through the eligibility for citizenship in this site and i encountered information that struck my attention. i have been a gc holder for over 20 years (since birth) and i have been coming back every year to the US (before I overstay abroad) since then, staying here for 2-3 months at a time. However since dec 2004, i have never been out of the US for more than 6 months in a single trip. I have stayed here for several months at a time to work then go back to my native country for 3-5 months and then come back here again. For this year, I have been staying here since March and I plan to stay here for good because I am done with school (i went to school in my native country) and Im already working here. So, if you were to evaluate my record, what would my continuous residence and physical presence record be? i saw something about not leaving the US for more than 6 months when going on trips to not break the "continuous residence" track and accumulating 30 months of 'physical presence" in the US for eligibility. Please tell me if i have any chances of being naturalized soon and not wait for another 5 years. Thanks! this will make a lot of difference with my petition plans for my soon-to-be-husband.
