My children will probably come to visit us on the 30the of July 2007 till beginning of September 2007 ( for vacation ) and they will go back to our country. They r 22 and 15 years old. I am here still processing my case to Adjustment of the Status cause got married with US Citizen. Actually we make plan to file for my 15 years old son for I-130 after the he goes back. But according to the price will be increased starting the 30th of July, we want to file now the I-30. My question is......Is it going to effect my son if he comes here while we file for his petition? ( He will not stay here if we do not have right to keep him here )..Plsss...Thank u so much for any suggestion. GBU
