Please let me know if there is any alternative means where you can get the substitute for Birth certificate as i filed petition for my mother and they requesting for BC where i don't have them and had submitted the affivdavit from both my parents but now my father has passed away and I wanted to find out if any boby else had similar experience.
any suggestions helpful.

Try to get an original BC from the municipality where she was born, if it is not available, get a letter of "Non Availability".

You will need letter of non availability, 10th class certificate showing date of birth and affidavits from two people who are older and are aware of, or witnessed the birth. They should all be originals, no copies.
