Here's my timeline
5/7 - Sent all the docs Adjustment of Status, EAD and Advance Parole application
5/20 - Got apointment for fingerprinting, going today for the appointment.
6/3 - Got Request for Evidence. Apparently I missed one of the W-2's with my tax return, they also asked for the medical clearance.
I've got the above evidence and sending it now - 6/7
The question is how much will this delay the processing of GC, EAD and AP. The document says that because I did not meet the Initial evidence I am not eligable for EAD for another 3 months. Does this also delay the AP ?
I am not concerned about EAD too much, because I am going to start a full-time MBA this August and will not be working. But, I am concerned about any delay to the AP since I am scheduled to travel 2 1/2 months from now.
