Hi I'm in urgent need of advice.I applied jointly with my husband for removal of conditions on my conditional residence status .I received the notice from USCIS extending my work and travel for a year ,till my application is approved till I receive my permanent 10yr green card.
I'm presently out of the U.S. on vacation for a mth to my home country.My husband has just received a letter from uscis stating that I appear in the local uscis office for biometrics within a week.Since I'm out of the country and will be going back in a month's time,can I reschedule thwe appointment for the same.I wouldn't be possible for me to rush back in a week's time since I just arrived here.The form states that we can reschedule the appointment.
Pl.advice whether rescheduling would adversely affect my applicatiuon or is it ok to do thew same.I'm worried!
