Hi there, I just got my i-130 petition aproved. My priority date is DEC-2006
because I was petitioned being 27 and unmarried with my dad being american.
I have few questions:
1- Being my priority date DEC-2006 with the current visa bulletin in JUN-01 for my category, will it take like five years to reach my date?
2- If that is true, that it will take a long time for me to adjust my status into a green card using the I-485, is there a way to get a temporary work permit while I wait all that time?
3- If I leave the country (i entered in a tourist visa and my time is about to finish) and come back again, will there be any problem now that I have in my records that I applied for the I-130?
