  • Working Illigaly - Married a Citizen and Filling papers

I just married my husband a month ago. I am looking to fill paper for Greencard. I have student Visa at the moment but I work without work permision. My SS# is valid, but my temporary work card from inmigration expared a while ego. is this going to affect any way getting my GreenCard. Do I have to note somewhere in the forms that I am working? or should I just not say anything. I am a little bit concern. If anyone can help me I would apreciate it.

Stop working before you file all your application and don't forget to renew your work permission.
