I'm petitioning my 75 yrs. old mother from the Philippines. Can I petition my siblings (ages over 20, 2 unmarried) same time as my mother? Different person tells me I can’t petition them. How long is the timeline for siblings? Should I wait for my mother to get her citizenship so she can petition my siblings?
My mother is getting old & might not live beyond the timeline (if she petition my siblings).
