I am married to a USC - without taking an approval from my parents, so I am not able to get any official documents from my parents - birth certificate, 10th marksheet, affidavits etc.
Currently I am in the process of applying I-130 and I-485,
Right now, I do not have my birth certificate and several of my educational transcripts. One of my uncle is ready to send me one birth certificate affidavit, however we need two affidavits and a letter from panchayat stating that birth certificate is not available,
is it possible to just send one affidavit and submit the application for right now. will there be an RFE?
or Is there a way to get documents from Indian government?
