Need Help Please!
My N400 is stuck in the name check fiasco and i recently got married. I am about to file papers for my husband. Before i do i have a couple of questions. I have been told that after my citizenship is approved i can update my application, does that cause delays. Has anyone had any experience with that? Secondly, We have filled out the I-130 and the 325. What other papers do we need to submit? He has 2 children from a previous marraige. Do we need his birthcertificate and theirs? Can someone please help me so i can do this right.
