  • Documents with I-130?

    Hi,

I'm confused about which documents need to be sent with I-130. I am a naturalized citizen applying for my mother (visiting USA at the moment) and my brother (lives in India with his family).

I've already read the help pages on this website but still have the following questions

    1) Fill out G-325 with each I-130 application?
    2) Fill out I-864 with each I-130 application?
    3) Do I include my brother's marriage certificate as I will be including his wife and children's names in the application?
    4) Is it better to choose consular processing for my brother and mother or fill out I-485 with each I-130 application?
    5) I have my naturalization certificate but do not have a US passport yet. Is it okay to send only a notarized copy if the N certificate?

    Thanks for your help,

    Dee

    Help with G325A

I have the same question with I-130. I have form filled out and ready to go but I need to know if I need to send G325A with the form or after because it ask for alien registration number and file number which I do have yet. And does the petitioner and beneficiary both have to fill out and sign or what?

Also, with the I-130, will a copy of naturalization certificate sufficient to prove u.s. citizenship or will a copy of passport be required as well?
