Need help with sister GC
Hi there,
I am a U.S.Citizen and would like to sponsor for my sister. My sister and her husband are H1B visa holders. Their employment based GC is in progress and god knows when they gonna get it. I want to apply for my sister. Here are my questions...
1. How long would it take?
2. When and how soon will they get EAD?
3. When can they get travel through advanced parole?
4. If my brother in law start a business after getting EAD and mess it up will
i be liable for that? You may wonder why? I just can't trust that son of a
