I'm filing for a change of status thru marriage to a USC. I-94 is needed for most of the forms and i lost it long ago. I know I need to file I-102 for a replacement of my lost I-94. I'm out of status for a while now. Is it risky applying for a replacement because of my current status? What could those risk be?
Me and my wife will file all these paperworks just by ourselves cause lawyers fee are ridiculously high. This is the only thing we're not sure of doing (risk of applying lost I-94). Please help. Thanks in advance.
