Thanks for all the help, this forum is really helpful!
Have questions about 864 form: question 23 ask about current individual annual income, does this mean the income shown on W-2? Or is it "the ajusted gross income on IRS form 1040 " as is required in question 25? or can be any figure that you think you are going to make this year?
Also, if I am going to file I-864 and I-485 together, which address should I send to? Chicago or local IRS offices?
