I130 by Permanent resident for immigrant spouse

I have a valid GC and my wife is on her H1B.
1. Can I apply I130 to get her a GC?
2. What other forms should be submitted with I130?
3. Can she change her status from H1B to GC with approval of I130?
4. What are the stages?
5. What other alternative would you suggest ( ex. filing through her employer or waiting for my citizenship?)
