    filing i-130 now for mom who will be in US later this year

    hello,
    i'm filing i-130 for my mom who is in india right now. i understand that i can't file 130 and 485 together. she will be visiting US in a few months from now, and i'm wondering if i can file 485 right after she arrives whether or not 130 is approved by then. does anyone know?
    just want to file it before the fees go up.
