I really need help. We just submitted our applications for forms I-130 and I-485, and it was just received today, July 18th by USCIS Chicago, IL. My question is, what is the timeline for concurrent filers and how long will take before we are called for interview and/or fingerprinting?
We just found out we are having another child due in around 7 months from now and I'm worried they will call us in for interview during a time when its not possible for me to travel especially in late pregnancy. Our child is hands down more important than anything else.
I figure, we have about 5 months when travel is possible and safe for our baby. Anyone can help me out with this? We are also worried about delayed response due to the increase in applications before new fees are effective.
