Can a Legal Permanent Resident apply for Re-entry Permit for the second time ? (First Re-entry Permit got expired on March 2006)

Is there any limit for a Legal Permanent Resident applying for Re-entry Permit ?

hi Tamil , well i cant answer ur question but i wan to confirm , i am travelling to USA in Sep.'07 as New immigrant , immigration based on family (Perm.Resi.)i want to stay only for 3-4 weeks and comeback for onew year to India, can i do this?
