Petition by father

I have a question and appreciate you to advise:
My petition was approved in 1995, and petitioner was my father (permanent immigrant, green card holder).
I married two years ago.
My case is up, and the case was through unmarried son of permanent immigrant (GC holder).

Now, my petition is invalid, or could I petition for my wife as well, or should I myself only get green card.

Or, what should I do, to continue the process to get green card.

If your father is still green card holder, you are no longer eligible for green card.
