Question related to green card process for my parents

Hello,
My mother is UK citizen and dad is having permenant resident card for UK and is holding Indian passport. I want to file I-130 form for them. So my concern is regarding the place of interview. Where they will get the interview in India or UK? And in the address box should i write india's address or UK's address. If anyone has gone through this situation please let me know what to do. Thanks a lot for help.

If your mom and dad both live in the UK than I suggest using that as the address.
