Greencard for Mother : Documents

Hi,

I recently became US citizen, and I want to file for my mother's GC.

She has 10 years M-entries VISA, and she will be here soon. I want to file I-130 and I-485 togather for her, when she comes here.

Can anybody, who has done the same process, help me by listing all the documents required for this?

Here are the documents you need:

1. Your US Passport/Citizenship certificate
2. Your birth certificate (showing your mother's name)
3. Your mother's birth certificate (If your mother does not have a birth certificate, get a non availability certificate from the municipal office and notarized statements from 2 people older than her confirming her birth to her parents and their presence)
4. I-130 (petition for immediate relative)
5. I-485 (Adjustment of status)
6. I-765 (EAD)
7. I-131 (Advance parole if she wants to travel to India during GC processing)
8. I-864 (proof of income that you can support your mother)
9. Checks to USCIS (make checks separate for each application)

Hello,

My mom in the country on Visitor Visa which expires in 6 weeks or so. I applied for the I-130 and got the receipt but didnt know to fill out the forms that are needed.

1. What are the other forms needed?
2. Can my mom legally stay here after the Visitor Visa expires as long as the application is in process?
