    please, answer!!!

    Hello everybody, I would really appreciate if you can help me with my questions. I am Ukrainian on F1 student visa in USA and my boyfriend, American citizen wants to marry me. : And we found out that in order to apply for a permanent residency for me my boyfriend will have to file affidavit of support and for that he has to have a constant income. But he is a student and he does not have any income so far. Is there any way out? Thank a lot!

    There is no other way, unless some of his relatives co-sponsor and take the financial responsibility.

      he can find a cosponsor. Please read the latest version of form I-864
      (affidavit of support), it explains everything.
