Read thru your excellent and informative site. I have just one question and would be thankful if you could answer this:
I intend to get married to my Fiancee who is a US Citizen. I have a 10 year B1/B2 visa. Is it permissible to enter US on the B1/B2 visa, get married in US and file for AOS and continue to live there.
I do understand that you may be flooded with queries and would appreciate if you could take the time out to answer this query.
