i am a us citizen now,and i am planning to apply for green card(immigration) for my parents...

but i have a sister ;she is only 15years.she live with my parents in india.can I file her for immigration along with my parents?

You will have to file separately and there is 12+ years wait for siblings.

You can file the petition of Green Card Family Based. For your parents you can file the I-130 in the category of Immediate relatives.

for your sister you can file the petition under Preference relative category i.e. fourth preference category.
