Who do I talk to about suing this woman for marriage fraud? There are many reasons on which I base my accusation. The first, roughly 2 weeks before we married (in the United States, at her insistence instead of Mexico), when everything was paid for, including the honeymoon in Cancun, she announced she was going to need surgery not long after the marriage - that was $5,000 in cash for her doctors in Mexico to remove her uterus due to a growing cyst on it. She didn't have the money to pay for it, so I was chosen to pay for that ... then, she had an agenda for me to help her son get a High School diploma in the USA ... and to help support her mother in Mexico and a host of other things.
Not long after she received her Social Security Card, thinking it was her Green Card, she left me saying the marriage was over and could not be saved. She didn't want to talk with the Deacon at her Catholic Church, see a marriage counselor or anything - the marriage was over! Very shortly after she left she started calling, leaving messages and sending e-mails that she had made a mistake and wanted to come back and she "loved me". There is a LOT more.
It was always about the money with her ... her vocabulary never included the words "us", "we" or "our" ... it was "my" and "mine". She hid everything of hers from me, but demanded to know my financial status at all times. She and her son used to go through my check book when I was sleeping to see where I was spending money. When I figured that one out, I started locking my check book up. There is a LOT more!
