Hello All:
I have two questions:
1) I am in the middle of processing my mother for green card and am trying to get the birth certificate by her sister in the form of an affadavit. In getting the birth certificate, should the exact address be mentioned in the affadavit or can it be mentioned that the person was born at such and such a place?
2) I filed for the I-130 and and got the recipt date as May 10, 2007. Any idea as how long it will take to get the I-130 to get appoved?
