Can fingerprinting venue be changed?

Hi,
My mother's I-30 was filed from Phoenix and recently, we received the notice for fingerprinting. Can we change the venue of the biometrics interview (fingerprinting) from Phoenix area to Dallas area since she is at present visiting other family members in the Dallas area? If this is indeed possible, what is the procedure for the same and any cons?

Hi,
I was in the same boat last month and ASC said that they can do fingerprinting anywhere in USA-ASC. B'cos fingerprinting is centrallized. So your mom can do her fingerprinting anywhere in USA>
If you go to other location then make sure that you take original fingerprinting notice alongwith her passport and be at ANY ASC @ the time specified.
Also every wednesday is just walk-in in any of the ASC. So you can try going earlier also on any Wednesday too.

I also confirmed the same with USCIS. They said we could go to any ASC and on any date (on or prior to the date given on the notice) and bring the original notice and passport for the fingerprinting.
