I'm new to this site and i would like to know if anyone has a similar situation as me.. I'm 23 in September and i've been waiting for my citizenship for 3 YEARS this september! My dads american and moms canadian. long story short my dad lives in Florida and never married my mom and i only meet him for the first time when i was 17. I then decided i wanted to move there and live with my dad. We hired a lawyer In FL , which he was a big help with my paper work. And now it's just a waiting game to hear from the Embassy here in Montreal. I recently found out my application is in CA. When my lawyer tries to contact then they don't give much info. Is there a way i can find out my self through the net. I really want to know what's going on before my life passes me by. if anyone can help me, please write back!
