My father filed petition for my brother who is married on jan 2000. My
brother son is 21yrs and His daughter is turning 21 in August. My Question is Are they eligible to get visa with their parents or not. If not then what should we do? My brother sons Dob is July 28 1985 and His daughters DOB is August 30th 1986.
