Hello,
I wonder if you could help me with my situation and answer a couple of questions I have..............
I am in the US on a visa waiver programme from the UK for 3 months......
I am due to go back to the UK on February the 28th 2007................My first and most important question is what would happen if I overstayed would it stop me re-entering the US at a later date?
I am staying in the US with my boyfriend and we want to get married as soon as my divorce comes through in the UK ( I applied for a divorce 3 months ago so it should be through soon )
How do I go about marrying my American boyfriend and staying in the US long term.............
My main concern is that if I go back to the UK I dont have the money to get back to the US and we would have to wait months for me to get a job in the UK and earn the money.................
What I would really like to do is stay in the US until I recieve my divorce papers from the UK and marry my boyfriend and live happily ever after as they say in the fairy tales.......
