Hi,
I applied for my parents (I'm a US citizen) and submitted all the necessary forms (I-130, I-485, Biometrics, fees, etc) but did not file the I-693 with the rest of the package.
After 6 weeks I received a confirmation letter (receipt) saying that they initiated all the paperwork and that I have to wait for an appoitment for finger-printing and photos.
Question: I now have the medical examination in a sealed envelope. Should I submit the I-693 (medical exam) now (along with a copy of the receipt) to the same address where I sent the I-485 or should I wait for them to ask for it?
