I am on H1B, visa and my EAD got approved, it is on my wife's basis as she is US citizen. We both are not living together. But we have joint bank account and auto insurance, we also have her family affidavits stating that we both are married. We also have family photographs and our personal photographs, over here and also in Ireland, when she visited there. We have emails since 2004 and cards which we mailed each other(snail mail). Can someone please let me know about my chances and what kind of questions they ask?
