I am a citizen here, my fiance comes here on a B1/b2 visa.

We want to get married when he comes this time.

We will be filing the I-485 along with I-130 and the advance parole (I-131
form) for his green card process.

Kindly tell me

Q1. how long will it be before he can again start going in and out of USA?
Q2. How long will it be before he can start working legally here?
Q3. How long does it usually take in a case like this to get a green card?
Q4. Can he stay back even after his I-94 expires if he applies for these?

Last one. You said that he can travel in and out of USA again after he gets I-485 receipt. So does he travel on his B1-B2 visa still or he travels on the basis of I-485 receipt?

My only simple thing here is that once we get married what is the time frame after which he can go in and out of the USA again based on our marriage without any problem while entering the USA!
