Time frame for receipt + FP

My sister(US citizen) sent the GC docs for my mother (I130+I485+medical + advance parole etc), all togeather in the 3rd week of August.

Does anybody know
1) How long it takes to get the receipt?
2) How long it takes to get the letter for Finger printing.?

For the initial receipts, it is taking about 1 month. For fingerprint, around the same.

Give it 30-45 days, USCIS is really backed up right now.
