People:
My sincere thanks for your efforts to hold hands with potential immigrants to the USA. Much frustration comes from
Securing a person to ask question at my Local US Embassy. I realize the agent personal have a heavy contact schedule, and do their best to answer all the questions. However, I always seemed to miss their message.
I am an American Citizen, living in Costa Rica. I am married to a Costa Rican lady for 3 years. We own our home and personal properties together. She is only allowed a 1 year USA visa, though, I have requested a longer period. It is necessary for me to return to the USA about 3 times a year for medical upkeep. The Embassy here will not issue a longer visa, no matter what the reason.
Some how, I am missing the correct procedure to obtain a more flexible visa for my wife some place along the line. Maybe you may have a suggestion.
This late April, we will be visiting to Orlando, Florida for consulatation with the VA. During this same period of time, we are booked for a transatlantic cruise ending in Holland. With her B2 visa and the fact that she will file a form I-94, is my wife allowed to exit the country and return on the original issued I-94, or is it necessary that she apply for a transit visa. It's so confusing.
Your web page has more answers to many critical issues of the past then any other I have seen online.. I see no need to register, also, you are not asking for money up front. Very confusing in deed. Certainly, just for being there, I would be happy to send you a donation for your efforts.
