Hi, i have an immigration case against me in Ny and i am out on immigration bail. However, my wife (US citizen) have filed for the I-130 in february and we havent still heared anything for the houston service center. After going to the immigration center, i have been told that they need my A-file to conduct the I-130 interview but the file is in Ny due to my ongoing case. Furthermore, they told me they cant request the file until the case is moved to TX, but sadly the judge denied to move my case to TX. It seems like i am stuck and there is nothing i can do. Any suggestions?
