Spouse of the US Citizen

Hi Everyone
I need help.
I am a US citizen and i am trying to figure out which forms i have to file in order to legalize my Husband,who overstayed his student visa.
I think its a form I-130,but i am not sure.If any one already go through this PLEASE HELP

You will need to file I-130 and I-485 and all of their supporting documents and forms (G-325a, I-693, I-864) and you can even apply for him to get a work permit I-765. I do NOT advice him to apply for I-131 (advance parole) and he MUST not leave the country if he OVERSTAYED MORE THAN 180 DAYS, so DO NOT LEAVE until he gets his Green Card.
