My wife is a US citizen. We used to live in Bay Area(1.25 years) but on account of her studies she is temporarily (for next 2.5 years) living in florida and her parents (my in-laws) live in chicago.
We want of file for green card. As my wife is a citizen, I understand that we can file I-130 and I-485 concurrently along with I-864 (support), I-765 (ead) and other docs.
I-130 will be prepared by my wife who is currently in florida and I-485 will be prepared by me from california and I-864 (support) will be provided by her parents who are in chicago as my wife is a student and cannot be a full sponsor and I cannot self-sponsor (or can I?)
The question I have is 'WHERE DO I FILE THIS PACKAGE' - california or Illinois or Florida.
Note: Florida is only a temporary residence for my wife.
ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
